Refund policy
If you wish to exchange your item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. Your order number is required to escalate this process. We will ship your replacement item within 3 business days of receiving your product return & verifying it.
One of some steps includes a quality check by the team & we reserve a right to decline the request if the product is used/damaged/without tags.
Exchange charges are ₹ 250. As we do not have our own delivery service, we rely on third-party delivery partners. The delivery partner charges us for reverse pickup from your location and additional delivery charges for delivering new product back to your location. As there are two-way charges, we request our customers to pay only for one way charges.
The refund will be processed within 3 business days once we receive your product. The return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer itself.
The amount of refund will be credited as store credits, which can be used in your next purchase at ORNAVISTA JEWELS.
If you received a damaged product or in a bad condition, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order along with an unboxing video of the product on same day so that we can arrange for its replacement. We will ship your replacement item within 3 business days of receiving your product return & verifying it.
If you think you’ve received the product in bad condition, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please contact us through call or email mentioning your order id.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect the products and process the refund. The refund will be done within 48 hours to ensure you receive your store credit as quickly as possible.
